  • Sahi Approach: Pehle samne wale ki dikkat (pain point) samjho. Unse sawaal pucho. Jab aapko unki problem samajh aa jaye, tab apna product unhe ek Solution ki tarah present karo. People hate to be sold, but they love to buy.

3. Trust Aur Relationship Build Karo

Selling ka pehla rule hai—“People buy from people they know, like, and trust.”

  • Jab aap kisi se baat karte hain, to pehle unka trust jeetiye. Unki baaton ko dhyaan se suniye (Active Listening). Agar aap sirf apne commission ya target ke baare me sochenge, to customer ko samajh aa jayega. Unki sach me madad karne ki koshish kijiye.

4. Overcoming Objections (Sawaalon Se Daro Mat)

Jab customer bolta hai “Bahut mehenga hai” ya “Main soch kar bataunga,” to iska matlab ye nahi ki deal khatam. Iska matlab hai unke dimag me abhi bhi koi doubt hai.

  • Mehenga hai? Unhe dikhao ki is product se unka paisa ya time kaise bachega (Value Proposition).

  • Soch kar bataunga? Unse pucho, “Sir, bilkul sahi baat hai, bada faisla hai. Lekin kya main jaan sakta hoon ki aapko product me koi doubt hai ya price ko lekar?”
